Our legal office is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced marketing assistant to help us continue to grow and track and implement metrics for our marketing plan. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll help implement and execute winning online and offline advertising strategies that promote our legal services and uphold our brand image. Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required.

• Create thumbnails and edit videos
• Use Canva, Semrush, and similar marketing tools
• Customize funnels in GoHighLevel and Clio
• Execute the firm’s back-end marketing system to ensure customer service and top-of-mind awareness
• Call current and former clients (on behalf of the firm) to check in and see if there is anything the firm can do to assist them, or whether they have friends or family that would be open to firm help (also called GAS calls or Smile & Dial calls)
• Contact potential referral sources to arrange meetings with the owner
• Maintain the top-of-mind awareness system to deepen relationships and increase the value of current referral sources
• Develop marketing materials for targeted audiences
• Responses to prospects (new client proposals, brochures)
• Welcome packages and personalized letters
• Newsletters
• Marketing emails
• Blogs
• Biographies
• Updates to social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Keep the Firm’s website and social media up-to-date and fresh and add additional content and backlinks
• Coordinate and arrange seminars and workshops as required by the Marketing Director/Owner
• Contact organizations that would be willing to invite firm attorneys to speak to their members, clients, or service populations
• Keep abreast of the Firm’s social calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs so as to be able to inform prospective clients and answer questions from staff
• The Marketing Assistant will at all times maintain the Firm’s marketing documents and materials in locations that are accessible to the Owner and Firm Administrator
• Participate in weekly staff meetings with the Owner and Staff. Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Comply with all rules and regulations as stated in the Firm’s Policies and Procedures

Education & Experience

• The Marketing Assistant should have an educational background in marketing at the associate degree level or should have work experience in marketing at an equivalent level
• One to three years of experience working in marketing is preferred
